Another SHAC nutter..where do they get them?

AN ANIMAL rights campaigner threatened to kill staff at a hotel because they served foie gras.

Lisa Everton, aged 43, from York Street in Newcastle, sent malicious emails to employees at the Middlethorpe Hotel in York, ordering them to remove the duck liver delicacy from the menu or face the consequences.

She appeared in North Staffordshire Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with sending that message and three other threatening emails to medical companies, Huntingdon Life Sciences, GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca.

Prosecuting, Rob Allen, said: "In one letter she referred to herself as a seasoned militant environmental activist and said the staff had been fairly warned.

"In another she said she fully intended to kill staff at the medical corporations and said she was not a pacifist.

"The comments within the emails caused concern and she also said 'I'm coming for you, you will pay with your skins'."

The court heard how she referred to the death penalty in the emails and said people would be 'hung, drawn and quartered, or whatever the law of the land is'. She pleaded guilty to the four charges of sending malicious communications. She has previous convictions for criminal damage, harassment and trespassing on diplomatic premises between 1996 and 2003.

Defending, John Kidney, said: "For six years she behaved impeccably but she stopped taking her medication without any medical advice. "As long as she takes it I have no reason to suppose she is going to be sending any more bizarre messages."

The court heard how Everton has suffered with bipolar affective disorder for 18 years. She used to be sectioned every year because she would stop taking her anti-psychotic medication.

Speaking to Everton, District Judge David Taylor, said: "In a democratic society people are free to campaign within the law but you fell outside that.

"The contents of the emails are bizarre. When you are not thinking straight you are capable of breaking the law.

"I recognise you were in an unwell state, that does not excuse what you did, but it does put it into context.Had I not thought your actions were arising out of a mental disorder you would be getting a very different sentence."

He sentenced her to a 12 month community order with supervision requirements and ordered her to pay the prosecution costs of £80.

Does this explain Loony Lynn?

Mad Science failure

SHAC are now holding urgent talks into the wholesale failure of their flagship campaign - mad science week or as it more correctly known 'sad inadequate losers holding sheets week'.

This new low point in the increasingly embarrassing SHAC campaign has already lead to a number of other groups distancing themselves form SHAC - not for legal reasons but because the stench of failure and desperation was becoming overpowering.

Perhaps you should try campaigning INSIDE prisons SHAC - that's where your major support is!

Who's next for the guilty plea? Alfie - mais Non.

A Summer of SHAC Guilt

As we head into summer SHACWATCH is minded to preview the many defeats that await the remnants of SHAC.

Starting soon is the trial of Lewis Pogson - leader of the group that committed the original burglary in Lincolnshire.

Soon to plead guilty is poor old Sarah Whitehead - already convicted of burglary and lies awaiting punishment for her part in the disgusting blackmail that the more important SHAC leaders have already admitted.

Then we have the tweedle dumm and tweedle dee of SHAC - Harris and Tapping - vainly trying to run the campaign while all the adults are locked up - don't worry kids - you can follow them to jail soon! BTW you might want to follow Michell Vospers example and plead quickly.

Does that about wrap it up? - tell us if there are more SHACWATCHERS.

NETCU defeat? No the score is 3 1

There is a load of vegan spin on Indylies regarding the guilt of the ALF cell that attempted to re attack the rabbit farm in Lincs.
The thrust is that as one girl got off then this represents a huge victory - humm - what about the 3 who pleaded guilty?
If they aren't guilty why did they plead?
If they aren't guilty why not change their pleas now?

The truth is they will be sentenced soon and will be happy they got off so lightly - There have been posts on here that suggest they regret their actions - SHACWATCH hopes these are true but unfortunately almost every vegan fool associated with SHAC is a sociopathic liar - so we shall have to wait and see.

Untial ALL are caged.

Tragic

as a family member i would like to say dean is not a terrorist or is he slow he is held in high regard by all of his family members not only does dean endevour to raise awareness of the ongoing cruelty of animals in our supposedly civilised society he also has worked for many other charities in his home town raising money for the disadvantaged. Dean is a very sensitive caring man who would help any person or animal in distress, dean does not deserve to be locked up beside those who have harmed others in anyway it is soul destroying and only highlights to me and many others how our criminal justice system goes wrong we need to look at the actions of the police in recent peaceful protest events our system needs attention people have served less time for rape and murder. Dean is unique he doesnt spend his spare time or money drinking alcohol, smoking or taking drugs instead he lives his life dedicating his time and money to worthy causes i dont no much about shac or their actions i just know that deans is a decent human being with decent principles not all of them in line with todays regular twenty something males.

It is a pity that Dean has chosen such a poor outlet for his talents and is unforgivable that he draws others into his crimes

Return of the Fool?

Tuesday, 12th May - Barclays Piccadilly Circus -
Only three turn up.
SHAC claims they were there two hours, in fact it was about 40 minutes.
SHAC claims that one person closed their account, Barclays confirm the man said this to stop the SHAC harrasement and did nothing of the sort.
SHAC say they handed out 'hundreds of leaflets' - they handed out about 30 with most of them all over the streets of the area after the public realised the rubbish in the leaflets and threw them away.

Barclays 3 SHAC Nil

(thanks SHACWATCHER - if that is indeed the Fool that would explain the lack of megaphone - he isn't allowed them any more because he can't behave normally)

Update - Victoria officially gullible

In a shock verdict in Lincs a jury has decided that Victoria Zara Waterhouse Taylor was not an ALF activist but in fact a gullible fool willing to do whatever was suggested to her - Go Girl!

Oh and her 3 companions already pleaded guilty to trespass with intention to disrupt commercial relationships - well done guys, what a top ALF cell you are!

and another demo failure....

Well at least they managed four at this demo. Their attempt to disrupt Barclays on the 1st of May in Birmingham billed by SHAC in advance as a key demo attracted the grand total of ......

wait for it .......

TWO PEOPLE

I bet that Barclays just can't stand this kind of pressure. To add to their hopeless day one women thought they were tramps looking for a food handout and offered them some money for a sandwich:-)

From a Shacwatcher....

Protest info.

On the 1st of May SHAC called for a protest outside of the AstraZeneca AGM. Predictions were for at least a hundred people with "banners, noisemakers and a lot of energy". The reality was somewhat different. Three people later joined by a fourth who left after 20 minutes. AstraZeneca security couldn't believe their eyes and spent the day laughing at these three rather sad, lonely individuals whose lives had come to this. The police who had expected a much larger protest ALL left realising this bunch of vegans were no threat or relevance to anybody.

Another SHAC failure which at least ensures amusement for others.

Yet another young life ruined by SHAC

Rabbit farm raid accused 'quite impressionable'

Manchester student Victoria Zara Waterhouse-Taylor is alleged to have gone to Highgate Farm, near Normanby-by-Spital, north of Lincoln, with three other activists during the middle of the night on October 13 last year.

It is claimed all four friends had links to the campaign group Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty which listed Highgate Farm on its website as a potential target for "direct action".

The jury had previously heard from the farmer, who was granted anonymity by the court, who said the attacks had made him feel "sick".

Dean Cain (27), of King Street, Ulverston, Cumbria, Luke Steele (18), of Woodside View, Leeds and a 17-year-old boy from Urmston, Manchester, who cannot be named because of his age, have admitted conspiracy to interfere with a contractual relationship.

Waterhouse-Taylor (18), who was living in Eva Street, Rusholme, Manchester, while studying at City College, denies the same charge.

Giving evidence, Waterhouse-Taylor's former housemate Sam Birkett said: "It sounds a little patronising, for which I apologise, but it did seem if these guys put an idea in her head she was more likely to do it."

With the other 3 maggots pleading guilty this young woman has little hope unless the jury decide she was a fool - what a disgusting, vile organisation SHAC proves to be!
