Luke - NAVA - disaster
To NARN
23.11.2011 19:10
Drop the bravado. The fact of the matter is that you made the wrong call. You thought you could get away with harassment and stalking people, you were wrong. And now you're trying to save face because you realise people are reacting with revulsion at your tactics. For years to come NARN will be remembered as that creepy group that stalks women, you dug your own grave when you carried out that course of action. You were wrong and everyone knows it. You were called up on it and now you're embarrassed because someone dared to challenge you for violating the rights of others. Ironically this makes you the same as someone who owns a fur farm, you think violating rights is an acceptable course of action. In the same way a fur farmer thinks violating an animal to generate profit is acceptable, you think violating women is acceptable to generate a profitable outcome for your aims.
As a feminist I cannot support targeting women and making them afraid to walk the streets, it is a revolting tactic, women are already afraid enough as it is to walk the streets without your idiocy making the situation even worse. Yes they may work for a company that sells fur however that does not give you a right to violate them, to terrify them, to make them afraid of the city they live in. Two wrong do not make a right. You won't end the exploitation of animals by following women and targeting them in a predatory manner. That is the behaviour of chauvinists and rapists, not the behaviour of those that wish to fight for the rights of others.
It is clear you haven't learned anything, and it is clear you suffer from chauvinistic supremacy and fascist tendencies. As a feminist so long as you continue with your tactics of targeting vulnerable women I and other feminists around the country will support Leeds Women's Aid in calling you out until such a time you realise you are wrong.

Tom Harris quits
Tom Harris has called it a day. Harris felt very betrayed after his conviction upon discovering where much of the money has gone.
He has been telling friends for some time that he has "wasted so much of my life with SHAC and Animal Rights". Harris has taken the advice of the visiting priest and is concentrating on working toward a degree so he can rebuild his life after prison and keep away from SHAC.
SHACWATCH wishes him well in his endeavour but recommends he begins his rehabilitation with an apology to the innocent victims of this disgusting campaign.
He may also need to have a quiet word with his brother!

More proof
Novartis profits up by almost a third
Second quarter profit for Novartis increased by 29 per cent from 2010, with income for the 2011 period rising to $3.56bn. At constant currencies the increase was similarly strong at 31 per cent.
Income was buoyed by a formidable sales performance, with net sales rising by 27 per cent from $11.72bn in 2010 to $14.91bn for Q2 2011.

That's what being a SHAC number 1 target does for you !

SHAC effectiveness - the truth
More than 3.7m scientific procedures were carried out using animals in 2010, an increase of around 100,000 on the previous year, according to data released by the Home Office. The rise is largely due to the production of more genetically modified mice and greater use of fish in basic biological and medical research.
Now as been said before SHACWATCH is neither pro nor anti vivisection - that is a different argument. SHACWATCH is anti SHAC.
The reason we highlight this news from todays Guardian is to debunk all the cant that SHAC and others continue to spew regarding how effective their campaign has been - it has been very effective in achieving lengthy prison sentences - it has had no effect at all on vivisection!
Well done SHAC prisoners - you sacrifice your liberty for nothing.

SHAC Horror - SHAC caught lying again!
.........the documents you reference in the post here do not confirm what you say. They are simply copies of the loan agreements copied from public records. The link to the document that says they have confirmed to SHAC the loan is over leads to a blank pdf.
Furthermore the loan documents show that July 2011 is when the loan was due to end so it seems that the Fortress loan has simply been repaid by HLS rather than withdrawn as you claim.
If as HLS claim their revenue for 2009/2010 was the highest for 11 years then it is likely they are close to zero debt something you say is not the case, could you say how you have come up with these numbers?
Oh dear - was SHAC stung by the prescient SHACWATCH story regarding the documented AR implosion? Did this drive them to this silly and obvious lie?
Again - who cares?

Crisis Meeting on Sunday - AR implodes
Loony Lynn has called an emergency meeting in London on Sunday to try and revive the dead corpse of Animal Rights activism in the UK!
News emerging from the demented hippy group 'Activists Mediation Network' suggests that they will face their biggest challenge ever in trying to get anybody to do anything effective at all.
One stoned 'mediator' who did not wish to be identified did say that they would have difficulty keeping 'that pratt Steel' from disrupting the event with his impractical and illegal suggestions!
Shacwatch says - Who cares?

The curse of SHAC - pogo no go

Thanks for bringing this to our attention SHACWATCHERS:-
Some whiles ago Debz and the The fool mounted a coup at a vegan 'cafe' called Pogo - Guess what happened then:-
this crisis is a lot more serious than we, as the current collective, have encountered before. Most notably, there is a shortage of volunteers and people who are willing to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the cafe, coupled with a gaping hole in our finances, this is threatening to force Pogo to close once and for all.
Ha Ha Ha ha ...........

Mel admits defeat
So what’s to be done? Well, for a start we have to recognise that some of the campaigns that we pursue are a dead end.
Who can he mean? SHACWATCH knows the answer - pity it took him so long to come his senses!

Subject: Review of police - National Public Order Intelligence Unit
To: HMIC Communications hmiccommunications@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk>
Dear all,
I am writing to you as a representative of Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary. We are currently carrying out a review of the National Public Order Intelligence Unit (NPOIU), and as part of this are inviting contributions from a wide range of organisations and individuals. (I found this email address on your website: I hope you don’t mind being approached directly.)
We want to hear views and comments on the undercover work of the NPOIU. As part of this, we are holding an event – hosted by HM Inspector Bernard Hogan-Howe – on the 24th May in a Covent Garden Hotel (inCentral London), and wondered if you might be interested in attending. More information is available on our website.
If you would like to attend please reply to this email by Tuesday 17th May. Any questions about the event can also be emailed through to this address, or if you prefer you can phone the HMIC press office (020 3513 0600) and they will try to help.
If there are other people you think might be interested in attending, please let us know.
Because spaces for this event will be limited so to ensure a fair representation, unfortunately numbers are restricted to two people from each organisation.
Kind regards
Paul Holewell
If any of the victims of SHAC would also like to attend they can email HMICCommunications@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and ask when their event at a swanky London hotel is!
For that matter why doesn't HMIC ask Greg - he is in Winchester prison serving his 9 year term - or Natasha - she's about for a bit longer!
Why not ask Lord Justice Butterfield? He had some quite clear views "You cloaked your activities in what was a hypocritical sham pretence that Shac was a vehicle for legitimate lawful protest. It was nothing of the sort."
What next - will HMIC ask Osama's relatives how they feel about Seal team 6?
SHACWATCH has some ideas for the Home Sec on where she can begin her 20% policing cuts! Nobody needs an inspectorate like this!

SHAC - 11 years of failure (and still counting)
They failed in 2001
They failed in 2002
They failed in 2003
They failed in 2004
They failed in 2005
They failed in 2006
They failed in 2007 and went to prison!
Then...
They failed in 2008
They failed in 2009
They failed in 2010
Guess how they are doing in 2011!
SHAC - another word for failure

Is there any SHAC in the UK?
In this case no news is good news - SHAC - yesterdays news.
Even Keith agrees

Lost - Two Fools (no reward offered)
Steel fool made an idiot of himself outside Winchester Crown court when his last remaining friends got sent down - since then his mess has been obvious in all the failed campaigns that he has sponsored but he himself - missing.
Anybody seen our fools? Have they, at long last, grown up?
We doubt it.

Gerrah is out!
We wonder if Gerrah is still laughing - will she behave like a normal person now? Does she even know how?
Time will tell - Gerrah has a 5 year ASBO to ensure she behaves!
If you see her slipping back to her old ways - you know who to tell!

SPEAK ?
I see that Indylies (IP Logging while you wait) is also being used by the SHAC like and 'who knew it still existed' SPEAK campaign. Now little more than a website and a regular email asking for money SPEAK has a history of failure that SHAC is close to emulating.
In fact SPEAK these days is mostly centred around a couple of Bristol based vegans who spend their time hanging around local childrens petting zoos and aquariums irritating people and in the long standing tradition of AR in the UK - achieving nothing. If anybody wants to see the effect that a vegan diet has on the body go to Kebele Community Cooperative on a saturday morning where they serve a 'vegan breakfast'. The pale, undernourished, sweaty horrors who walk out of there will be enough to push anybody toward a nice bacon sandwich !
SHACWATCH agrees - we find it amusing that SPEAK are offering their experience to others - this experience is that their target lab was built on time and has been running for 2 years, their leader has been imprisoned for a stupid act that allowed Oxford to win the boat race for 3 years in succession and since then another lab has been built !
A classic AR campaign - an utter failure - these fools make SHAC look professional.

IndyLies R.I.P
Indylies is tearing itself apart as some of it's administrators have been caught lying to posters over an extended period.
That's not news to us.
What we want to know is why any anti SHAC post is removed instantly - a little honesty there may have helped.
Good riddance to badly run rubbish.

Censored again at Indylies........
How many? 16.01.2011 16:33
This woman hangs around the edges of AR campaigns but never gets nicked.
Another one?
Is this woman another UC or stooge? She has been hanging about at the edges of AR campaigns for a number of years.
Lots of people near her have been nicked, her house has been searched but she never goes down.
She has even had a few prosecutions for public order stuff but gets off every time. She was even at Kingsnorth - so was Kennedy!
How many are there?
How many?
